- If cancellation is made 45 days before the travel date, 25% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
- 45 to 30 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
- 30 to 0 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost.
- If the hotel and flight is non-refundable, there will be no refund on cancellation.

- Late payment or failure to do payment on time given by the company may result in booking cancellation and the deposited amount will be forfeited.

Day 1 : Delhi /Chandigarh to Shimla transfer
Today pick up from Airport/Railway station and proceed to Shimla by private cab. Check in to hotel and relax. At evening visit Mall road by, Christ Church by foot later back to Hotel have dinner on time and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 : Shimla - Kufri Sightseeing - Shimla
After breakfast we will explore local sightseeing of Shimla like, Sankat Mochan temple, parliament and local market, The Ridge, Mall Road, Scandal Point by foot, Also we will visit to Kufri (subject to weather condition) and do sightseeing/adventure activities like: Poni ride, yak ride later back to hotel have Dinner on time and Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3 : Shimla-Manali via kullu and local sightseeing (250 Kms-8 hrs.)
Today morning after breakfast proceed for Manali. Enjoy beautiful mountain view journey from Shimla to Manali enroute do local sightseeeing in kullu -beas river, Dussehra maidan etc. On arrival in Manali check in to hotel and relax. Overnight stay at hotel. You can also visit to Kasol Manikaran (at additional cost) while coming to Manali from Shimla.

Day 4 : Manali Local + Solang Valley Sightseeing included & Rohtang Pass visit on direct payment basis
After breakfast proceed to Solang valley (subject to weather condition) you can do adventure activities there like: Paragliding, Zorbing, Skiing, Horse riding, Cable car ropeway at your own cost. Later you can visit to Rohtang pass (subject to approval of administration & on direct payment) and Atal tunnel or Sissu on direct payment basis. Later back to Hotel have dinner on time and overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 5 : Manali - Dharamsala transfer (220 kms / 7 hrs)
Today morning after breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Dharamsala and visit local sightseeing Dalai Lama, Dal lake, Mcleodganj etc. The village of McLeod Ganj lying in the upper reaches is known worldwide for the presence of the Tenzin Gyatso. In May 1960, the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) was moved to the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) was moved to Dharamshala and have Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 6 : Dharamsala - Dalhousie (116 km 3 hrs)
Today morning after breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Dalhousie and visit local sightseeing of Khajjiar, called mini Switzerland of India, Kalatop wildlife sanctuary, Satdhara falls. later back to hotel. Overnight stay at Dalhousie.

Day 7 : Dalhousie - Chamba - Dalhousie
After breakfast drive to Chamba visit Chamunda Devi temple, Laxmi narayan Temple, Manimahesh Lake, Summer Hill, Chamera Dam etc. Later back to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 8 : Dalhousie - Amritsar transfer (200 Kms / 5 hrs))
After breakfast drive to Amritsar, then proceed to Attari border to see Army Parade. Later check-in to hotel. Overnight stay at Amritsar.

Day 9 : Amritsar - Departure
Today visit to Golden temple & Jalian wala Bagh, later check-out from hotel and proceed to Airport/Rly station.
- Check-in at the hotel starts at 14:00 hrs.
- Check-out time is until 12:00 hrs.
- For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
- Mostly the hotels allow 3 adults in one room with an extra bed / Mattress or 2 adults & 2 children below 12 years of age.
- In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
- The timing of sightseeing points may differ by local operator due to traffic or weather conditions.
- Small deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending upon traffic/weather/flight schedules/local administration.
- Any change in itinerary/stay due to flight delay/cancel, ill health, roadblocks/strikes or any factors beyond control – Shall not be adjusted/reimbursed or refunded.
- All the guests are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original (Passport/Voter id).
- Air condition of the vehicle will be switched off in the Hilly Area (may be chargeable on demand).
- We may provide similar hotels/rooms in case of non-availability in given hotels.
- Supplement charges for hotels during peak season, festive season, new year time, gala dinner is mandatory during christmas and new year time and directly payable at hotel for gala dinner.
- The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be subject to availability.
- Vehicles provided during the tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Drivers in any way will not be deviated from the specified/common route.

Day 1 : Delhi /Chandigarh to Shimla transfer
Today pick up from Airport/Railway station and proceed to Shimla by private cab. Check in to hotel and relax. At evening visit Mall road by, Christ Church by foot later back to Hotel have dinner on time and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 : Shimla - Kufri Sightseeing - Shimla
After breakfast we will explore local sightseeing of Shimla like, Sankat Mochan temple, parliament and local market, The Ridge, Mall Road, Scandal Point by foot, Also we will visit to Kufri (subject to weather condition) and do sightseeing/adventure activities like: Poni ride, yak ride later back to hotel have Dinner on time and Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3 : Shimla-Manali via kullu and local sightseeing (250 Kms-8 hrs.)
Today morning after breakfast proceed for Manali. Enjoy beautiful mountain view journey from Shimla to Manali enroute do local sightseeeing in kullu -beas river, Dussehra maidan etc. On arrival in Manali check in to hotel and relax. Overnight stay at hotel. You can also visit to Kasol Manikaran (at additional cost) while coming to Manali from Shimla.
