  • We will require passport & pan card copies of travelling adults in case of international travels and ID proofs (Voter Id/passport/Aadhar/) and Pan card in case of domestic travels.
  • Please update us with full payment 15 days prior to travel date so that we can issue vouchers 03 days prior to travel date.
  • In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
  • The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation.
  • Rates may change in the case of hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees.
  • Standard Check in time is 2 PM and Check out time is 12 Noon. Early check-in / late checkout are subject to availability.
  • We will not be responsible for visa delay / rejection.
  • Please take care of all your personal belongings and valuable and note that Local Operator will not be held liable for any loss.
  • After booking Confirmation Rs. 2,000/- per person per Amendment Charges (except flight).
  • Honeymoon package is applicable till six month after the Marriage.
  • Room type Twin or Double is at sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis
  • Equivalent * means the hotels with per night room tariff differential in the range of ten-fifteen dollars
  • Package Cost includes (Ground handling charges) Dollar segment, which will be taken out of your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota)
  • Package prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season / holiday surcharge and major events / fairs and convention.
  • DHT shall not be held responsible for any refund/charges, in case services booked are of non-refundable nature. DHT’s liability in relation to the Package shall at all times be limited to those circumstances where an express liability has been cast on it under these terms.
  • In case of any on-ground issues with any third party, DHT Holidays shall try to support in all possible ways but shall not be held liable for the act and hence will not be liable for any sort of compensation
  • In case of any natural calamity or any other force majeure incident, DHT Holidays reserves the rights to modify/change or cancel the partial or complete tour Package. DHT Holidays shall not be held responsible for any refund/compensation in any such circumstances
  • Client shall be liable to reimburse DHT for any and all losses suffered and/or charges incurred as a result of the Client’s actions, direct or indirect, in relation to the Client.
  • There are some monuments/areas, restricted for vehicle entrance by the local authorities. In any such case, the vehicle will drop you till the nearest possible point and further arrangements will have to be managed by the Client
  • Vehicle provided during the tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Driver in any way will not be deviated from the specified/common route.
  • Flight timings are to be taken into consideration while reaching the airport. DHT Holidays shall not be responsible for any incidence where client is not able to reach the airport/board the flight due to any reason of personal nature, insufficient time duration between connecting flights or any other reason related with airline’s governance like delay in flight, change in timing/overbooking by the airline or any other factor.
  • Any charges related with on-ground modification/addition of service, which is opted by the Client by his/her own choice and not affecting rest of the tour itinerary, will have to be paid directly to the Driver/Supplier on behalf of DHT holidays.
