Cancellation Policy

►Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges (in case of Fix/group departure-no refund)

►Minimum. 500/- per person/child will be deducted as administrative charges in case of cancellation.

►If cancellation is made 45 days before the travel date, 25% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

►45 to 21 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.

►21 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.

►0 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund.

►Please note: cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.

►Cancellation Policy applicable for booking done as guarantee booking

This is to inform you, prior to confirming your booking which needs a guarantee or offering non-refundable rates by us then that the booking will not fall under the normal cancellation policy mentioned above.

Payment Policy

♦ 50% payment at the time of booking of land package cost.
♦ 100% payment of flight ticket at the time of booking (if applicable in tour component)
♦ Balance 25% - 30 days prior to travel date
♦ Balance 25% - 21 days prior to travel date (in case International travel)
♦ Balance 25% - 15 days prior to travel date (in case Domestic travel)
♦ 100% payment at the time of booking, if flights / hotels are non-refundable.
♦ 100% payment must be settled before the departure date if failed, services will be not started or cancelled by us.

Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi-Mussoorie (290 Kms/07 hrs)

Arriva at Delhi Airport/Dehradun Airport and our representative will meet you and drive to Mussoorie, check-in to hotel upon arrival. Overnight Stay at hotel.
Day 2 : Mussoorie (Local City Tour)

Today after breakfast we will take you for local sightseeing which includes-Kempty falls-15 kms from Mussoorie on the Yamunotri road, it is most fascinating and biggest waterfall. Camel's Back road - The place offers a picturesque view of Sunset. Municipal Garden later back to hotel. Overnight stay at Mussoorie.
Day 3 : Mussoorie-Dhanaulti-Mussoorie

Today after breakfast take a drive to Dhanaulti and after that enjoy the sightseeing of Jain Temple, Eco Park & Joranda falls, later back to hotel.
Day 4 : Mussoorie-Rishikesh-Delhi

After having hearty breakfast, check out from hotel and drive to Rishikesh, enroute sightseeing of Rishikesh then proceed to Delhi at Airport or Railway Station. Our services ends here.

Important Information

Check-in at hotel starts from 14:00 hrs.
Check-out time is until 12:00 hrs.
Once your payment has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation.
You will receive all travel vouchers required for your flights and accommodation shortly afterwards.
Mostly the hotels allow 3 adults in one room with an extra bed or 2 adults & 2 children below 12 years of age.
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Any change in itinerary/stay due to flight delay/cancel, ill health, road blocks/strikes or any factors beyond control – Shall not be adjusted/reimbursed or refunded.
All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original (Passport/Voter id).
AC of vehicle will be switched off in Hilly Area.
We may provide similar hotels/rooms in case of non-availability in given hotels.
For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the swimming pool facility.
The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
Vehicle provided during the tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Driver in any way will not be deviated from the specified/common route.
If pick up and drop is between 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, additional charge may apply.
