♦Any Airfare or Train Fare. 
♦Lunch, any extra meal/beverages not mentioned in the package. Additional extra usage of vehicle other than mentioned in the itinerary. Vehicle timing (09:00 am to 05:30 pm). 
♦Any activities. Monuments entrance fees. Hot Stone Bath, Archery Class, transfers other than those mentioned in the Itinerary. 
♦Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as rescheduling or cancellations e.g. flights cancellations, flights delay any accidents, weather conditions, medical evacuations, riots, strikes etc. Such expenses will have to be paid directly. 
♦Any other expenses specifically not mentioned above.

1. Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges (in case of Fix/group departure-no refund/no date change)
2. Minimum. 1000/- per person/child will be deducted as administrative charges in case of cancellation. 
3. If cancellation is made 45 days before the travel date, 25% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
4. 45 to 30 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost. 
5. 30 to 0 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost.
6. If the hotel and flight is non-refundable, there will be no refund on cancellation.

7. Late payment or failure to do payment on time given by the company may result in booking cancellation and the deposited amount will be forfeited.
8. Company (DHT Holidays) reserves the right to cancel the booking if the customer is not doing payment before the deadline date given to him/her.

• Day 1 : NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport – Phuentsholing(Distance: 150 kms. / Driving Time: 5 hrs. / Altitude of Phuentsholing: 293 mts.)

  Meet & greet on arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport and transfer to Phuentsholing - The Gateway of Bhutan by Road from India. It is a thriving commercial centre on the northern edge of the Indian Plains. On arrival check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Phuentsholing.

• Day 2 : Phuentsholing to Thimphu (Distance: 160 km. / Driving Time: 6 hrs. / Altitude of Thimphu: 2350 mts.)

  After breakfast, proceed towards Thimpu via the wonderful mystic town Gedu (stop at Gedu for Lunch), which is about 9000 ft above the sea and Chukha Dam. On the way, halt at Chojum to take photographs of the confluence of two rivers of Bhutan, Thumpu Chu, and Paro Chu. Reach Thimpu in the evening. On arrival check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Thimphu.

• Day 3 : Thimphu to Punakha – day excursion (74 kms-2 hrs -one way)

  After breakfast, the day is dedicated to sightseeing of Punakha. You will see the following tourist sites • This day involves journey to Punakha enroute, visit the Dochula Pass and its 108 chortens is located at an elevation of 3100m • Visit Chimi Lhakhang, Punakha Dzong, Suspension bridge. • Activity you can do : River rafting at own cost • In the evening you will return to Thimphu for stay Have dinner and overnight stay at Thimphu hotel.

• Day 4 : Thimphu sightseeing and transfer to Paro

  After breakfast, check-out from hotel and explore Thimphu’s attractions which includes: • Buddha Dordenma • Takin Preserve • Simply Bhutan Later drive to Paro. On arrival check in to hotel. Overnight Stay in Paro.

• Day 5 : Hike to Tiger’s Nest – Paro (Trek time around 4.5 hrs. altitude 10,245 ft, 6.4 kms)

  After early morning breakfast, you will be starting an Excursion tour to Taktshang Monastery. This Monastery also known as Tiger's Nest is an amazing Buddhist monastery, temple, and sacred site located in upper Paro town. Built-in 1692, Padmasambhava is believed to have meditated at this site for 3 years. Guru Padmasambhava is known to be the founder of the Buddhism religion in Bhutan. Embark on the iconic hike to Tiger’s Nest (Taktsang Monastery) in Paro. Paro Taktsang is a must-visit in Bhutan and the hike promises a spiritual and sacred experience from the moment you start. After completing the hike, consider indulging in a relaxing hot stone bath. Overnight Stay in Paro.

• Day 6 : Paro to Phuentsholing (145 kms / 4 hrs.)

  After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Phuentsholing. Travel from Paro to Chella Pass altitude 3998m. making it the highest motorable road of Bhutan. On arrival check-in at the hotel and relax or can explore the town at your own pace perhaps for souvenir shopping or savoring local cuisine in Phuentsholing. Overnight stay at Phuentsholing.

• Day 7 : Transfer to Bagdogra Airport Travel time: Around 6 hours, 145 KMS

  On the final day, after breakfast and check-out from your hotel in Phuentsholing, you'll be transferred to Bagdogra Airport for your departure. This marks the end of your memorable trip to Bhutan.

• Check-in at the hotel starts at 14:00 hrs.
• Check-out time is until 12:00 hrs.
• For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
• Mostly the hotels allow 3 adults in one room with an extra bed / Mattress or 2 adults & 2 children below 12 years of age.
• In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
• The timing of sightseeing points may differ by local operator due to traffic or  weather conditions.
• Small deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending upon traffic/weather/flight schedules/local administration.
• Any change in itinerary/stay due to flight delay/cancel, ill health, roadblocks/strikes or any factors beyond control – Shall not be adjusted/reimbursed or refunded.
• All the guests are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original (Passport/Voter id).
• Air condition of the vehicle will be switched off in the Hilly Area (may be chargeable on demand).
• We may provide similar hotels/rooms in case of non-availability in given hotels.
• Supplement charges for hotels during peak season, festive season, new year time, gala dinner is mandatory during christmas and new year time and directly payable at hotel for gala dinner.
• The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be subject to availability.
• Vehicles provided during the tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Drivers in any way will not be deviated from the specified/common route.
• If pick up and drop is between 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, additional charges may apply.
• In running / ongoing tours, no amendment will be allowed and if possible it may be chargeable
