- Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges (in case of Fix/group departure-no refund/no date change)
- Minimum. 1000/- per person/child will be deducted as administrative charges in case of cancellation.
- If cancellation is made 45 days before the travel date, 25% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
- 45 to 30 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
- 30 to 0 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost.
- If the hotel and flight is non-refundable, there will be no refund on cancellation.
- Please note: cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.

- For Land package booking 50% Advance payment
- For Domestic tours - 100% Payment before 7 days from date of departure
- For Domestic tours - with 4 star or 5 star hotels -100% Payment 21 days from date of departure
- For non-refundable hotels - 100% advance Payment at the time of booking for hotel part
- For International tours - 100% Payment before 21 days from date of departure & 30 days before for long-haul destinations.
- Late payment or failure to do payment on time given by the company may result in booking cancellation and the deposited amount will be forfeited.
- Company (DHT Holidays) reserves the right to cancel the booking if the customer is not doing payment before the deadline date given to him/her.

Day 1 : Arrival at Phuket Airport then transfer to the hotel-PVT
On arrival at Airport, after immigration formalities and meet our representative and transfer to the Phuket hotel. Check-in and relax. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 : Phi Phi Island tour by big boat with Indian Lunch - Sharing (Excl. Park Fees)
Today after breakfast, proceed for Phi Phi island tour, you can do optional water sports activities, have lunch and by evening back to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3 : Phuket City tour and Tiger Kingdom visit - PVT
Today after breakfast, enjoy Phuket city tour (3 hrs.). Later visit to Tiger Kingdom where you can take photos with Tigers (Big or Small). Later back to the hotel.

Day 4 : Phuket Hotel to Phuket Airport transfer - PVT
Today after breakfast or as per your flight, get transfer to the Airport. Our services ends here.
- Check-in at the hotel starts at 14:00 hrs.
- Check-out time is until 12:00 hrs.
- For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
- Mostly the hotels allow 3 adults in one room with an extra bed / Mattress or 2 adults & 2 children below 12 years of age.
- In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
- The timing of sightseeing points may differ by local operator due to traffic or weather conditions.
- Small deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending upon traffic/weather/flight schedules/local administration.
- Any change in itinerary/stay due to flight delay/cancel, ill health, roadblocks/strikes or any factors beyond control – Shall not be adjusted/reimbursed or refunded.
- All the guests are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original (Passport/Voter id).
- Air condition of the vehicle will be switched off in the Hilly Area (may be chargeable on demand).
- We may provide similar hotels/rooms in case of non-availability in given hotels.
- Supplement charges for hotels during peak season, festive season, new year time, gala dinner is mandatory during christmas and new year time and directly payable at hotel for gala dinner.
- The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be subject to availability.
- Vehicles provided during the tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Drivers in any way will not be deviated from the specified/common route.
- If pick up and drop is between 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, additional charges may apply.
- In running / ongoing tours, no amendment will be allowed and if possible it may be chargeable
