- If the hotel and flight is non-refundable, there will be no refund on cancellation.

- Late payment or failure to do payment on time given by the company may result in booking cancellation and the deposited amount will be forfeited.

Day 1 : Arrival | Hanoi city tour
Upon arrival in Hanoi, you will be welcomed by our driver and transferred to your hotel. Afterthat, we start Hanoi city tour. Visit Ho Chi Minh complex (outside), including Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum - the final resting place of Vietnamese great father or uncle Ho, then visit Pillar Pagoda - a group of structures consisting of a pagoda and a tower built in the middle of a square lake.
Visit The Temple of Literature – the first university in Vietnam. Drive to visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, which is on the shore of West Lake and enjoy fresh air at West Lake. The last place of city tour is Hoan Kiem Lake (Restored Sword Lake) with Ngoc Son Temple (outside) to see the peaceful green waters, The Huc Bridge, Thap But (Pen Tower). Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 2 : Ninh Binh City tour
Our guide & driver will pick you up at your hotel (around 8:00 AM) in Hanoi Old Quarter, then leave by coach to Hoa Lu (2.5 hrs). Visit the historic capital of Vietnam and the famous ancient temples of Le and the Dinh Dynasties. Then our bus will transfer you from Hoa Lu to Tam Coc for lunch around at 12:30PM. After lunch, boat trip to visit Tam Coc to see the beauty of the karst formations as you pass along their base and row into one of the many caves carved through the limestone. Then, cycle for an hour on quiet roads through villages, rice fields, rivers and rocky outcrops in Tam Coc - Bich Dong (around 5 km). Dive back
to Hanoi and drop off at your hotel around at 18:00PM.

Day 3 : Hanoi - Ha long Bay Cruise transfer (B, L, D)
11.00 -11.30: Please be ready at our lobby in Tuan Chau Pier. With the support of our
staff, all registration with the local government will be arranged.
12.00 – 12.30: The cruise captain and staff will welcome you onboard LE JOURNEY
LUXURY CRUISE or Similar after a short tender transfer from the harbor. While enjoying a refreshing welcome drink, a short cruise briefing and safety instructions will be given.
12.30 – 13.00: LE JOURNEY LUXURY CRUISE or Similar voyages to Ha Long and Lan Ha Bay one of the New Seven Nature Wonders of the World. Lunch is served on board while the cruise passes via amazing limestone karst formations that rise up out of the sea in an impressive manner.
14.30: The cruise gets to the less populated area at Ba Trai Dao – Tra Bau Valley natural lagoon of Lan Ha Bay. You will enjoy the green emerald and cool water by swimming or kayaking.
17.30 – 18.00: Returning to cruise. Evening have dinner. Overnight stay at Cruise.

Day 4 : Halong Bay - Hanoi (180 kms - 3 hrs. approx.) (B, L)
Today have your breakfast, At morning cruise approach dark cave area This magic work of nature shows
you the formation of karst mountains. You can discover this time masterpiece by
kayaking on your own or sitting on a bamboo boat with the support of the locals. Later its time to check out. While cruising back lunch will be served. We return to the quayside in the south of the bay, where our visitors disembark. We bid farewell at Tuan Chau pier, this is the end of the program. Overnight stay at Hanoi hotel.

Day 5 : Hanoi - Departure
You are free at leisure time to visit around or for shopping until time to check out -room is available till noon later transfer you the airport for your return flight.
- Check-in at the hotel starts at 14:00 hrs.
- Check-out time is until 12:00 hrs.
- For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
- Mostly the hotels allow 3 adults in one room with an extra bed / Mattress or 2 adults & 2 children below 12 years of age.
- In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
- The timing of sightseeing points may differ by local operator due to traffic or weather conditions.
- Small deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending upon traffic/weather/flight schedules/local administration.
- Any change in itinerary/stay due to flight delay/cancel, ill health, roadblocks/strikes or any factors beyond control – Shall not be adjusted/reimbursed or refunded.
- All the guests are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original (Passport/Voter id).
- Air condition of the vehicle will be switched off in the Hilly Area (may be chargeable on demand).
- We may provide similar hotels/rooms in case of non-availability in given hotels.
- Supplement charges for hotels during peak season, festive season, new year time, gala dinner is mandatory during christmas and new year time and directly payable at hotel for gala dinner.
- The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be subject to availability.
- Vehicles provided during the tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Drivers in any way will not be deviated from the specified/common route.
- If pick up and drop is between 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, additional charges may apply.
