►Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges (in case of Fix/group departure-no refund)
►Minimum. 500/- per person/child will be deducted as administrative charges in case of cancellation.
►If cancellation is made 45 days before the travel date, 25% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
►45 to 21 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
►21 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
►0 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund.
►Please note: cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.

Upon arrival in Hanoi, you will be welcomed by our driver and transferred to your hotel. Hanoi is one of Asia's most charming cities, with its romantic tree-lined boulevards and colonial houses. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.
Our guide & driver will pick you up at your hotel (around 8:00 AM) in Hanoi Old Quarter, then leave by coach to Hoa Lu (2.5 hrs). Visit the historic capital of Vietnam and the famous ancient temples of Le and the Dinh Dynasties. Then our bus will transfer you from Hoa Lu to Tam Coc for lunch around at 12:30PM. After lunch, boat trip to visit Tam Coc to see the beauty of the karst formations as you pass along their base and row into one of the many caves carved through the limestone. Then, cycle for an hour on quiet roads through villages, rice fields, rivers and rocky outcrops in Tam Coc - Bich Dong (around 5 km). Dive back to Hanoi and drop off at your hotel around at 18:00PM.
11.00 -11.30: Please be ready at our lobby in Tuan Chau Pier. With the support of our staff, all registration with the local government will be arranged. 12.00 – 12.30: The cruise captain and staff will welcome you onboard LE JOURNEY LUXURY CRUISE or Similar after a short tender transfer from the harbor. While enjoying a refreshing welcome drink, a short cruise briefing and safety instructions will be given. 12.30 – 13.00: LE JOURNEY LUXURY CRUISE or Similar voyages to Ha Long and Lan Ha Bay one of the New Seven Nature Wonders of the World. Lunch is served on board while the cruise passes via amazing limestone karst formations that rise up out of the sea in an impressive manner. 14.30: The cruise gets to the less populated area at Ba Trai Dao – Tra Bau Valley natural lagoon of Lan Ha Bay. You will enjoy the green emerald and cool water by swimming or kayaking. 17.30 – 18.00: Returning to cruise. Evening have dinner. Overnight stay at Cruise.
Today have your breakfast, At morning cruise approach dark cave area This magic work of nature shows you the formation of karst mountains. You can discover this time masterpiece by kayaking on your own or sitting on a bamboo boat with the support of the locals. Later its time to check out. While cruising back lunch will be served. We return to the quayside in the south of the bay, where our visitors disembark. We bid farewell at Tuan Chau pier, this is the end of the program. Overnight stay at Hanoi hotel.
You are free at leisure time to visit around or for shopping until time to check out -room is available till noon later transfer you the airport for your return flight.
